ASC and all subcommittees (except Activities) meet on the second Sunday of each month with the exception of May and August which will be held on May 3, 2026 and August 16, 2026 at the following location and times:

If you would like to be on a H & I panel, the first step is orientation. Orientation is required before going in to any facility. It is also required to refresh your orientation once a year. Orientation takes place monthly on the second Sunday of the month during the PR committee meeting which meets from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at:
